Management of Ketu South municipal assemby observed that revenue has reduced during the 2021 fiscal year . In other to improve on revenue in the above situation, Management has approved the training for both old and newly recruited revenue collectors to be trained. The workshop was designed to train skill participants on the strategies outlined to improve revenue mobilization which includes;
The number of participants who attended the training was 20 out of which 16 were males and 4 were females.
The training workshop was facilitated by Mr. Francis Sogbe the Regional Controller, Controller and Accountant General’s Department Ho. Mr. Joseph Banyen from GIZ, Ho nd Mr. Joseph Asameni from GIZ, Accra
The source of fund for the training was DDF and support from GIZ in funding the accommodation, transportation and honorarium for the facilitators.
