The Ketu South Municipal Assembly and the Swiss Red Cross society collaborated to put up temporal tent for the victims of the tidal wave at Agavedzi.

The Assembly provided funds for the construction of the platform whilst the Red Cross society provided the tent for the facility that is to be a temporal shelter for victims.
